Keep Out or Check First
- Fluorescent lights and tubes cannot go in any bin, which matters in office and shop clean-outs.
- Batteries, chemicals, oils and paint cannot go in any bin.
- Hazardous waste cannot go in any bin.
- Fit-out waste with concrete, tiles or bricks: contact the team before booking.
- Mattresses from accommodation premises are $42 per item.

Office and shop clean-outs
Old desks, chairs, shelving and stored paperwork boxes fill a bin quickly but are rarely heavy. The 8m³ skip bin suits large volumes of bulky, light waste.
Remove fluorescent tubes and battery backups before you start. They cannot go in any bin.
Fit-out and refurbishment waste
Shop and office fit-outs produce timber, plasterboard, partitioning and packaging. If the waste is mainly construction material, the Builders & Renovators category may suit, with up to 14 days' hire. Ask the team which one fits your job.
End-of-lease and property clean-ups
Clearing a rental or commercial property at the end of a lease often runs to a deadline. Book early and add any access details, such as shared driveways, loading areas or car parks, to the booking notes.

Please do not overfill. Bins must not be filled above the rim. Transporting an overfilled skip bin is an offence, and an additional fee of $80 may apply to overfilled bins.
