Builders and renovators pricing
Builders & Renovators bins are priced separately for renovation and construction waste. They include up to 14 days of hire, which suits jobs that run over a couple of weeks. Weight limits may restrict how much concrete, tiles, bricks, blocks or sand can go in.

What is included in the price
- Delivery within the Coffs Harbour area.
- The included weight for your general waste bin size.
- Up to 7 days of hire for general waste, or up to 14 days for builders waste.
- GST.
Delivery and transport fees. Pricing includes delivery for the Coffs Harbour area. Transport fees apply for areas outside the Coffs Harbour area. Contact the team to confirm.

What can add to the cost
The published price covers most jobs. A few things can add to the final bill:
- Excess weight. Weight above the included allowance is charged per 100 kg.
- Extra days. Additional hire is $20 per day after the included hire period.
- Overfilling. An $80 fee may apply if the bin is filled above the rim.
- Mattresses and bed bases. These are accepted at $42 per item.
- Transport outside the Coffs Harbour area. Transport fees apply. Ask the team to confirm.

How to keep your cost down
- Choose the right size. Too small and you risk overfilling. Our skip size guide helps you pick.
- Book the right waste category. Builders waste has its own pricing and a longer hire period.
- Load level with the rim. Break down furniture and flatten boxes so they pack tightly.
- Book when you are ready. Have the waste sorted so the included hire period covers the whole job.
- Keep prohibited items out. Paint, chemicals, batteries, tyres and other listed items cannot go in any bin. See what cannot go in a skip bin.
- Ask about heavy waste first. Soil, tiles, bricks and concrete add weight fast.
